Our Story
Norpac Consulting was born out of a need for capital access services on the Oregon Coast and a partnership with the Ocean Cluster Initiative (OCI). Our unique skill sets to the OR Coast in f&b finance, tech and marketing position us to provide necessary services to incubate and accelerate sustainable short supply chain opportunities - whether it is an infrastructure project for cold storage and commercial kitchen space, a fisherman looking to sell direct into regional markets or a food company looking to launch/expand, we are here to help.
North Pacific Consulting now works with businesses and organisations up and down the Oregon Coast providing business plan advising, credit counsel, technical support, capital access and marketing services in partnership with the Oregon Ocean Cluster Initiative and Oregon Ocean Innovation Hub. Some of the highlight projects North Pacific Consulting has supported include several aquaculture and seafood infrastructure projects : A capital access and business support services road map for Oregon Coast Businesses, a start up urchin farm, seaweed farm, food webs, and seafood processing/aggregation centers.

Fletcher Conn
Fletcher Conn is a business owner and real estate investor who brings over a decade of experience in commercial lending to small and mid-sized businesses in California and Oregon. He is passionate about securing the funds his clients need to make their dreams a reality. Conn has a range of experience: Currently, he owns a consulting company serving the Sustainable Seafood Industry and Oregon's Blue Economy, owns and operates a small real estate portfolio in Portland, OR and Oceanside, OR. As a commercial lender, he has partnered with a variety of public and private sources to secure capital to fuel portfolio of businesses and projects including food and beverage start-ups and expansions, commercial real estate, construction, and hospitality. A native Oregonian and OSU Alum, Fletcher earned a B.S. in International Business after completing the OSU International Business Exchange Program at Chulalongkorn University in Bangkok, Thailand and his minor in Spanish at the University of Oviedo, Spain. He resides in Oceanside, OR with his wife and two pups where he enjoys surfing, traveling, hiking, golfing and being an avid Blazer and Beaver Fan.
